Convex Japanese Holly
- Broadleaf evergreen shrub, 5-6 ft (1.5-2 m), compact, dense, usually broader than tall. Leaves alternate, simple, 13 mm long, roundish, convex above and concave below. Female clone which often is heavily set with black fruit.
- Sun. Susceptible to iron and nitrogen deficiency and spider mites. Attractive pruned or left unpruned.
- Hardy to USDA Zone (5) 6 Originated in Japan.
