The College of Engineering scholarship application for the 2009-2010 academic year is now available at: https://secure.engr.oregonstate.edu/scholarship/
You are eligible to apply if you are either: (1) a current OSU COE student OR (2) a transfer student applying for Fall, 2009 professional school program admission.We highly encourage all current students to submit an application.
ALL APPLICATIONS DUE BY FEBRUARY 1, 2009. The COE does not make any exceptions to the application deadline so please apply early!

I would like to enquire about study grants for a boy very intelligent aged 13, currently passed to grade 7 and he has achieved numerous awards and merits over the years

Do out of state applicants qualify too?
Geez, I dont get it how some ppl can do extracurricular activities, im in grad school and i cannot even go to the coffee hours by ASOSU =(
