Advance Tuition Deposits now online!

Thanks to a handful of IT, Admissions, and Business Office folks, students can now pay their ATD online utilizing electronic checks. This makes the process quicker and saves the student (or most likely the student’s parents) any additional charges to their credit card. It also allows for those that may not have access to a credit card to complete their ATD transaction and be prepared to register for classess during START over the summer.

Some details about the process follow:

About the Advance Tuition Deposit (ATD)
• The ATD is refundable through May 1, 2007. As of May 2, 2007 the deposit is nonrefundable.
• The ATD is applicable to the fall 2007 term only and is credited to fall term tuition.
• Canceling or stopping payment on a check will result in an additional $15 processing fee.
• Financial aid funds, other than the scholarship exemptions specified below, cannot be applied as payment of the ATD.

Completing the ATD form/paying the ATD
Go to; use your student ID (on the letter of admission) and your GAP number (your birth date) to access the system. Once you’ve accessed the system, click ‘Admissions’, then click ‘Advance Tuition Deposit’. You will be provided with instructions on how to print the ATD form and pay the deposit.
