OSU Partners with Humane Society on New Center

The Oregon Humane Society announced Thursday that they will build the first-of-its-kind medical and learning center in the United States. The Animal Medical and Learning Center will be located in Portland and incorporate a university veterinary program with on-site animal care. Faculty from Oregon State University will be based on-site and students will live in dorms in the new facility, allowing for 24-hour care for OHS shelter animals (text provided by KOIN 6 News).
