Football vs. Oregon - December 4, 2010
For the 2010 civil war in the President's University Suite at Reser Stadium, Oregon wines and beers were made available to guests.
A menu accompanied the display featuring the OSU connection and story behind each wine and beer. This is an element that will be continued into the 2011-12 football season.
A variety of OSU connected cheese's were displayed in the University Suite as well.
Savor Oregon - February 11, 2011
"Savor Oregon" was OSU's debut event celebrating fine food, acclaimed wines and masterfully crafted beer, all with a connection to OSU. The event featured a social and four-course dinner at The Vue in downtown Corvallis. The food and drink was made by 20 companies ranging from Country Natural Beef to Coquille Cranberries and from Panther Creek Cellars to Widmer Brothers Brewing Company. The event resulted from a growing recognition of the university's role in graduating students, assiting companies and developing acclaimed products that draw attention to the quality of Oregon food and beverages - and create companies and jobs around the state.

Event brochure - All guests received a brochure listing each company and its connection to OSU. The brochure also focused on showcasing the statewide impact that OSU has.
Wheat sign - Wheat and barley were on display at the bar.
Wine enclosure note - At the end of the evening all guests were given a bottle of wine from Tyee Winery as a parting gift. The package was accompanied with this enclosure note reflecting the special connection that Tyee has with OSU.
Commencement Dinner - June 11, 2011
The Commencement Dinner menu include an insert that included OSU connections on 16 companies that were able to be a part of the menu that evening.
OSU Day at the Capitol - April 12, 2011
Food identification cards were created to inform guests of the food connections that were present during the reception at OSU Day at the Capitol. The food was prepared by Wild Pear Catering with specific detail to using local vendors.
Providing gift baskets for a variety of auctions and donations is a great opportunity to share the stories of OSU connected companies. Ranging from granola bars to hazelnuts to carrot seed these practical items allow OSU supporters to be reminded of the impact the university is making on a day to day basis.
