About Prism

What is Prism?

Prism is OSU's student run art and literary magazine whose mission is to promote and inspire the arts in the OSU community and give students a place to express themselves. Prism is a part of Oregon State Student Media along with The Barometer, Beaver Yearbook, and KBVR FM and TV stations.

Prism is published three times annually in the fall, winter, and spring terms. Students from all disciplines may submit artwork and writing by each term's deadline. The submissions are reviewed by Prism's art and literature editorial boards.

In the spring, Prism publishes the winning pieces of the Provost's Literary Prize awarded by the Office of the Provost.
