Whether your career is just starting or is in full motion, a quote from the Dhammapada reminds us to reflect and evolve: “As an archer aims an arrow, as a carpenter carves wood, the wise shape their lives.”

As we work within higher education, we are asked to fully avail ourselves to those we serve. Though we often are positively impacted because of our work, we also need to replenish our hearts, minds and bodies so our efforts can continue with fullness and grace.

Through the use of a contemplative framework, we will identify and practice several activities that can nurture our spirits and assist us on our journeys towards well-being.
