As Affirmative Action Associate, Anne is responsible for developing and implementing programs that provide information about discrimination, affirmative action, and effective recruitment strategies to faculty in order to enhance recruitment of women, people of color, persons with disabilities, and veterans. Additionally, Anne is responsible for requests for waivers of the regular search process for unclassified employees.
