Diet is one of the most easily controlled risk factors for poor health, being a determinant of both malnutrition and obesity and a primary risk factor for many other diseases. Because of this, it is essential to fully understand why people very often choose to eat poorly. In order to do this, social service organizations must look outside purely economic factors and analyze the phenomenon from physiological, psychological and cultural perspectives. A case study is considered and suggestions are offered both with regards to this case and to the general occurrence of poor eating choice.</style>
<work-type><style face="normal" font="default" size="100%">Undergraduate</style></work-type></record></records></xml>
