Campus Wellness Week 2009: February 16-21

Campus Wellness Week is coming February 16 to February 21. Campus Wellness Week brings campus resources together to provide you a wide range of programs across the spectrum of wellness. It is a great opportunity to go to workshops and sessions on topics ranging from nutrition to finances to cooking classes to yoga and ballroom dancing classes and more! There will also be an Engineering Career Fair, a Student Wellness Fair and the Soul Food Café: A Journey through Culture & Cuisine. You can get more information and download the full schedule here.

Fill out a raffle ticket at each event you attend. Each ticket will qualify you to win prizes like a Flip video camera, massage gift certificates, gift certificates for food and drink and more!

Life Challenge 8-week Goal Program

Program Dates: February 23 to August 17, 2009

This year’s theme, "What’s your Challenge?" calls the OSU community to challenge them-selves to aspire to greater wellness. Make your challenge your own by signing up for the Life Challenge. This 8-week program lets you set your own goal and works to help you achieve it.

Sign up by Sunday, February 22, to participate in the program from Monday, February 23, to Friday, April 17. To sign up, follow the Life Challenge Link from the Campus Wellness Week Web page.
