After Presentation

Arrange for the student to be taken back to campus or any other location agreed upon.  Please provide feedback in the form of an Evaluation.

You may do this one of two ways:

1. If you made a request on the database, you may log-in and fill out a request electronically. Simple and quick!

2. If you are unable to fill out an electronic Evaluation, you may fill out a student evaluation form and email or mail it to the ICSP office (contact info); your suggestions and comments are very valuable to the program.
