The Service Desk provides walk-in and phone support for ResNet connections and software assistance on a variety of operating systems and software products, including internet tools, spyware and virus removal, software applications, and ONID.

  • Friday: 8am-5pm

Walk-Up Helpdesk:

  • Monday-Tursday: 8am-9pm

  • Sunday: 3pm-7pm
Summer & Breaks:
