My phone is telling me that my personal Gmail passwords are incorrect. How do I resolve this?
Restarting your device will update your account information and it should stop warning you that your personal account information is incorrect.
We have seen this reported on iOS devices (iPad & iPhone) but this may not be limited to the devices. If the restart does not solve your problem please call the OSU Computer Helpdesk at 541-737-3474 or visit the OSU Computer Walk Up helpdesk located on the 2nd floor of the Valley Library.
