The most common way to check your ONID e-mail is to use the web interface at webmail.oregonstate.edu.
It is also possible to connect a desktop e-mail application (e.g., Outlook, Thunderbird) to the ONID e-mail server, allowing you to receive your ONID e-mail any time you'd like.
