OSUBDC, or the Oregon State University Ballroom Dance Club, is a group of students who share their passion for music and social dancing. The club is open to all students and community members. The club sponsors and hosts several dances during the year as well as bringing in special guest instructors to teach workshops on several different dances.

The first dance of each term is free, and all of the events are open to both students as well as community members who would like to come and dance. The music is usually DJ-run and includes a wide variety of music styles and genres. However, occasionally live bands are brought in to play at the dances. Beside the three major dances each term, there are usually less formal practice sessions held each week and many other exciting dance opportunities. So please check the schedule of events, and the listing of other dance spots for times and locations.

The OSU ballroom mailing list was created so that dancers could share info about workshops and dances in Corvallis and nearby cities.
