The primary function of the Work Coordination Center is to receive, process, and coordinate requests on behalf of the departments/units within Facilities Services.  The range of service provided by Facilities Services is broad and includes, but is not limited to, maintenance/repair, major construction and minor remodels/renovations, space audits and studies, building floor plans, etc.  To coordinate any of these services or for more information on the services provided by Facilities Services, please contact us at 541-737-2969, use our online form, or email us at workcoordinationcenter@oregonstate.edu

Please keep us involved with maintenance and construction activities within your building.

Facilities Services has recently implemented a new Asset Management (CMMS – Computerized Maintenance Management System), which will provide customers with direct access to work requested and valuable information on such items as building repairs, current status of work, etc.  Please check back frequently for updates on the launch of our new customer service portal.

 

Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, and you are unable to reach the Work Coordination Center, please contact the Department of Public Safety at 541-737-3010.  We are eager to help and/or provide assistance in every way possible.  However, we may be on another line or addressing a campus wide emergency.  If this is not an emergency, please leave a message and someone from our office will contact you shortly.
