The Campus Planning and Development Unit within Facilities Services is charged with the planning, design and development of campus facilities. This requires involvement in all aspects of the capital construction process from the generation of the initial concept to the final commissioning and close out of a project. The planning and development process is complicated at times, especially at Oregon State University where historic preservation, natural feature protection, and sustainability all influence how development may occur on campus.
