The combined units of Business Affairs focus on effective financial management so that students, faculty and staff can focus on their participation in a compelling learning experience.  Effective financial management includes the development and maintenance of a sound internal control structure and ensuring that the financial statements of the university are prepared in conformity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and OUS policies.
