Oregon State University is at its best when it focuses on the people who work, teach and study here. That's why University Day, the year's opening celebration, has become such a popular event. It is a time for the campus to honor the achievements of our best, brightest and most giving faculty and staff.

Mark your calendar for Thursday, September 18, 2008 as a time to join your fellow faculty and staff in kicking off the 2008/2009 academic year. Receive tickets for the drawing by attending the main session beginning at 10:30 a.m. in LaSells Stewart Center main auditorium. Don't miss out on the free lunch in the CH2M HILL Alumni Center along with the expo of OSU departments throughout the center and join Athletics for dessert and a tour of the new Sports Performance Center. '08 looks to be an exciting year and University Day is a great place to start!
