Main page Habit Foliage Flowers Seedlings
Redmaid (Calandrinia ciliata) leaves are simple with smooth margins.
They are fleshy (typical of plants in the family Portulacaceae) and
resemble a snake's head in shape.
Leaves are slightly pubescent, with hairs mostly visible on the leaf margins.
The midrib is obvious along the leaf surface, though other veins are less
visible.
