• Broadleaf evergreen shrub, upright, 4-6 ft (1.2-1.8 m) high, similar width, slow growing.  Leaves have a conspicuous yellow center surrounded by yellow flecks.  Reportedly often reverts to non-variegated form.  A male, originally, but also listed as a female.
• Part to full shade.
