caption: One of
the slave laborers killed by S.S. guards during death march from
Flossenburg Concentration Camp near Weiden, Germany. Many of
prisoners were moved from Flossenburg to another camp as Allies
advanced. Those who were unable to march were shot dead and beaten,
while suffering from malnutrition. Bodies were exhumed during
investigation by military government of 97th Division of U.S. 3rd
Army.
