Welcome to the Food and Fermentation Club website!
We are based out of the Department of Food Science in the collge of Agriculture at Oregon State University, but our members come from all different colleges including Business, Engineering and Animal Science. We partake in lots of fun activities such as smoking salmon, making beer and going on lots of exciting trips! Our parent organization is the Institute of Food Technologists. Want to get involved?
