Purpose

To maximize the use of Motor Pool vehicles.

Policy

Because the number of available vehicles is limited at the OSU Motor Pool, please notify the Motor Pool office (541-737-4141) as soon as possible if a reservation needs to be extended, cancelled, or fewer vehicles will be required.

A Late Cancellation Fee will be charged for reservations cancelled less than 24-hours prior to the proposed pick-up time.
