Characterization of a Predicted Baculovirus Membrane Protein

Abstract Autographa californica multinucleocapsid nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcMNPV) is a member the Baculoviridae family. These viruses exclusively infect insect. Computer assisted analysis of AcMNPV predicts a membrane fusion protein product from open reading frame 23.
My project is to produce the protein product of acorf23 . This protein will be used as an antigen for antibody production.
