Indulge…
The Mind Spa at CAPS is a unique sanctuary where you can soothe your mind, body, and spirit. Come explore an experience like no other on campus.

Relax in the full body massage chair, unkink that last stubborn muscle, take in the soothing sounds of the wall fountain, practice a mediation routine, and breathe deeply fresh ionized air surrounded in lush greenery.
Make the Mind Spa your personal retreat and sanctuary; spend some time with the Mind Spa Service Menu to discover more about stress reduction and available services.
Scheduling an appointment at the Mind Spa does not include completing CAPS’ New Client paperwork. Mind Spa Guests are not considered CAPS clients.
