Student Poster Competition:

Students and Postdocs are encouraged to participate in the Student Poster Competition. The student posters will be judged by professionals representing a wide range of technical and scientific expertise. Therefore, presentations should provide enough background and contextual information to inform non-experts while also highlighting significant findings of their research. Presenters should also be prepared to summarize their research and findings to judges in less than five minutes. Posters must be no larger than 4’ tall by 3' wide.

 

Abstracts must be received by Friday, October 8, 2010 at 5:00pm PST for consideration. The poster awards will be announced Friday, November 12. Students must be in attendance to participate in the student poster competition. Monetary awards will be presented to each of the biomedical and non-biomedical winners.
