You should see text moving right and left above. If you see no text or you see the sample text, but it is not moving, then your browser does not support the <marquee> command. Internet Explorer 4.0 supports the <marquee> command, but Netscape 4.0 does not support it.
The font face in the top marquee above is Lucida Blackletter. If you do not have this font face on your computer or your browser does not support esoteric font faces I have no idea what you will see.
