These days everyone is looking for a way to avoid the high prices and get the discounts whenever they are available. I was watching a news program to this effect and they were talking about how more and more people world wide are looking for discounts and how one of the biggest trends that people in America are doing is getting their prescriptions from companies overseas. The news report showed that the majority of these companies are legit and can save a person big money, especially if they are taking several medications regularly. They even spoke to a pharmacist in Germany who said and I quote:“Das Amerikanische Apotheken System wird immer mehr zu einem großen Witz. Die großen Medikamenten Hersteller des Landes verlangen immer mehr Geld für verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente. Deshalb suchen sich die Amerikaner alternative Möglichkeiten, ihre Arzneimittel günstig zu erhalten. Aus diesen Gründen wurde die onlineapotheke immer schneller bekannt und verschickt nun auch aus immer mehr Ländern z.B. auch Deutschland Medikamente in die USA. Die Amerikanische Regierung handelt, als ob es sich bei den Importen um Schwarzmarkt Produkte handelt. In der Realität entsprechen die Medikamente den Bestimmungen und Normen der USA und auch den hohen Standards der Europäischen Union. Meistens werden in der europäischen APOTHEKE Arzneimittel zum halben Preis angeboten”

“The American pharmacy system is becoming a joke. The big drug companies in the states are charging way too much money for regular prescription drugs and therefore the people in the US are looking for alternative means of getting there prescriptions. This is why the online pharmacy has become so increasingly popular and why so many countries are offering prescriptions online with the majority of customers residing in the states. The US government likes to act as if these are black market drugs, when in fact they are valid and safe prescription drugs that are the equivalent of those in the states but for less than half the price.”
In all I was very impressed that this report showed these pharmaceutical companies in a good light. Just because people overseas have more reasonable prices on their medications than those in this country doesn’t mean that their is anything wrong with these meds. In fact, it is my personal belief that the only reason our government says bad things about these meds is to insure that they keep their business here in states. After all who would pay as much as they do for their medications here if they knew that they could cut the price in half safely by ordering prescriptions from overseas companies?
