Maybe you don't have the space or time to grow your own garden, but you should still be eating the right number of fruits and vegetables in order to get your daily fiber, vitamins, and minerals. You need the right amount of essential fatty acids, carbohydrates, and proteins, in order for your body to have energy and function properly. Stress Stress and bad posture can lead to all kinds of problems, including premature aging, poor food digestion, and wrinkles. Some people handle their stress through fine wines in moderation. Start making some good habits today, that will lead to less stress, better posture, and a healthier body overall. Set some goals for the next week, month, and year, and live by those. If you continue to do this, you will feel more energized, sleep better, and look and feel years younger. |
