Regional Olympic Trials Champions
Athletes who win the Regional Olympic Trials in freestyle and/or Greco-Roman qualify for the 2000 Final Olympic Trials in their respective style. Qualifying athletes are responsible for their own expenses for the Final Olympic Trials. If an athlete has qualified for the Final Olympic Trials and wins the Regional Trials, the runner-up will not qualify.

Awards: Awards will be presented to the top four Juniors, top three Seniors and Women division placewinners in each style at each weight class. Most Falls and Outstanding Wrestler Awards will be given in each style.
Pairings: Drawn by contestants at first weigh-in. Juniors and Women separation from the same state. Senior separation from the same club. Line bracketing for Senior Men and Women.
Athlete Eligibility
Junior Division: Wrestlers born Sept. 1, 1980 and later, currently enrolled in grades 9-12 are eligible. Weight divisions are 98, 105.5, 114.5, 123, 132, 143, 154, 165, 178, 191.5, 220, 275 (220 minimum) pounds. No weight allowance.
Women's Division: Wrestlers born 1983 and before. Women born from 1981-83 are eligible with medical certificate. Weight divisions are 46 kg. (41 kg. minimum), 51, 56, 62, 68 and 75 (97 kg. minimun). 1 kilogram=2.2046 pounds. 2 kg. weight allowance.
Senior Division: Wrestlers born in 1983 or before (wrestlers born 1981-83 eligible with medical certificate). Weight divisions are 54 kg. (48 kg. minimum), 58, 63, 69, 76, 85, 97, and 139 kg (97 kg. minimum). 1 kilogram=2.2046 pounds. No weight allowance.
Attention Juniors
Qualification for the Junior National: 1st, 2nd and 3rd Junior placewinners at this event qualify for the ASICS Junior Nationals in Fargo, N.D. on July 22-28. You still must register through your state, however, you will not be counted against your state's team limit. You may only wrestle at Junior Nationals the style in which you qualify.
