Feminist Fair

Join us in the MU Quad to celebrate the annual Feminist Fair. There will be prizes, many different booths, music, crafts, games, and food. Anyone can come participate and have fun. It is a chance to learn about different student groups on campus, feminism, and the vital role that the Women's Center plays on campus. Meet the Women's Center staff, and try out the most comfortable couches on campus.

The Women’s Center is hosting a brown bag luncheon with Patty Seybold who will be discussing her work in the field of open innovation and will be drawing ideas from her most recently published book, Outside Innovation: How Your Customers will Co-Design Your Company’s Future.
Background: Patty Seybold is a consultant, customer advocate and thought leader with 30 years of experience working with customer-centric business visionaries and technology pioneers in many industries to help these leaders transform their businesses to better meet and anticipate their customers' needs. Seybold is also the CEO of the Patricia Seybold Group, a Boston-based consulting firm and the author of three best-selling books, Outside Innovation (2006), Customers.com (1998), and The Customer Revolution (2001).

Spring into You: Spring Clothing Exchange

It’s that time of the year—Spring Cleaning will be in its full effect on Tuesday, May 13. Clean out your closet, bring clothes that you: 1) don’t wear 2) can’t fit 3) don’t want 4) think it’s ugly or 5) don’t want because it doesn’t fit so it’s ugly anyway. Bring it all in and exchange them for something new! One woman’s trash is another woman’s treasure!
All clothing left unclaimed will be donated to the Vina Moses Center which provides clothing, household goods and emergency financial assistance to residents of Benton County.
Also, bring in an old t-shirt or bra to decorate, bedazzle, and to express yourself for it to be displayed during our Feminist Fair on May 23.

The Beatles at OSU

This concert will be a recreation of The Beatles’ “Revolver” and Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here” by local Corvallis musicians and “Imaginary Friends”.
This performance is being sponsored by the OSU Music Department and the Women's Center, and all proceeds from the concert will be donated to CARDV, the Center Against Rape and Domestic Violence. Last year, the live concert brought in over $8,000 to help survivors of sexual and domestic violence and their children stay safe.
Take part in helping this great cause by attending this amazing concert! Admission to the event is $5. Tickets are now available online, or at the OSU Women's Center.

Masturbation Workshop

This workshop is designed to help both men and women understand how women reach orgasm through masturbation and how that information can be used in a partnered sexual relationship. Discussion will also include what factors interfere with reaching orgasm and how to deal with them.
