Valley Football Center

"Valley" as it tends to be called by many students and student-athletes is a great building which houses many resources that are used by more than just the football program. On the first floor of Valley is the football team's locker room, and also the training room which is used by all student athletes. The training room is where all athletes go to treat injuries, soreness, getting taped, stretched out, and all the other needs as a student athlete.

The second floor of Valley is where the weight room is that is used by most of the major varsity sports at OSU. Also on the second floor is a student-athlete computer and academic resource lab, which serves as the offices of many athletic program academic advisors. There is ales an audio visual room on the second floor where technical employees edit videos of athletic events for highlight tapes, research tapes, and instructional videos for athletic needs.

The third floor contains a massive kitchen where training table meals are made and consumed. Also on football game days, the third floor of Valley is used for Alumni and booster gatherings, as well as press conferences for the media. Last but not least, the third floor is used for student-athlete study hall during the week.
