About Me
Greetings! My name is Mariah Denali Van Winkle. I am 28 years old and love life. I was born in The Dalles, OR. I am dedicated to living life to the fullest and contributing to the well-being of all.
My goal is to attain my MBA through OSU's College of Business. The minor I have chosen is Communication. I believe that the information I learn here will help me accomplish the things I would like to do in my life.
I am a proud parent, Girl Scout Troop Leader, full-time student, musician, artist, and determined individual. I value doing things the right way and doing the best that I can. I cherish those who have compassion and I respect those that help others.
My Wiki Plan
I hope to make many valuable contributions including new sections on the OSU Wiki Website- Rate Your Courses, Funny Facts, Tips for Students, and Weather. I will also add to Pictures, Recipes, Off-Campus Recreation. I would also like to include a page on WikiTravel on The Dalles, OR. I plan on adding many pictures throughout the OSU Wiki site.
My Wiki Contributions
When I began this assignment I had hoped to do many things. I succeeded in creating a Rate Your Course, Funny Facts, and Tips for Students pages. I did not create a weather page because I figured it would not provide useful information that could not be otherwise easily located. I added a recipe, and a crabbing section to the recreation page. I did try to add information on WikiTravel about The Dalles, OR but I experienced some problems with location within the wiki. I have added links to aid in navigating throughout the OSU Wiki. The last part of my contributions for this assignment was to add information to the Help page.

- Started a Tips for Students page
- Created the Are you a Parent and a Student? page
- Began adding links and tips to the Are you a Parent and a Student? page
- Contributed Adding Pictures or Images to the Help page
- Made a link to Wikipedia for Scholarships
- Developed a Laws that Affect You page that included Sound Laws, Alcohol Laws, and Yard Laws
- Added images within Crabbing page and Pictures page
