Something About Me

My name is Jamie Tofte, I am currently a junior at Oregon State (yay go beavs!), studying business administration, with a psychology minor. I previously started out as a psychology major, but decided to make a change around my sophomore winter term. I really enjoy sports, any kind, watching or playing them. I have played soccer ever since kindergarten (15 years I think?), and competitively since 5th grade. Ever since my freshman year of high school, continuing through my senior year, my team competed for the state championship, winning twice I believe. I played my freshman year of college on the Oregon State club team, but do to a knee injury was forced to step back. I am a member of the Alpha Kappa chapter of Kappa Delta, since winter term of 2006. My house is amazing, and all of the girls are fabulous!

My Wiki Plan

In order to contribute to the Oregon State wiki, i plan to make additions to multiple pages. I would like to add on to the Kappa Delta page that was created under the Greek Life link. I am planning on adding some more information to inform the students of Oregon State what the Alpha Kappa Chapter offers this campus. Not only that, but i will make an addition to show the benefits of being in a house, and how it can help a person grow as an individual.

I also plan to make additions to the Intramural Sports page, which can be found by selecting the sports page from the OSU Wiki homepage. I am currently the IM sports chair of Kappa Delta, and it is my job to inform people of the benefits of IM Sports. I will make an addition to this page by providing information for registration deadlines, manager meeting times, as well as adding on to the current overview of the sports.

Overview of My Wiki Contributions

Overall, the goal of my wiki contributions is to inform those searching for off campus living on the information of Fall Quarters Apartments. I want this section to help those individuals compare Fall Quarters Apartments with other off campus living opportunities, in order to aid them in their selection process.
