What you need to know
My name is Jared Standerwick, I was born in Anchorage, Alaska. I grew up in Sitka, Southeast Alaska, with some really great friends. I moved to Redmond, Oregon, between my freshman and sophmore year in High School. I gratuated from Redmond High School in June of 2004. I am happy to say that this is my third year at Oregon State University. I am a junior pursuing a degree in business administration, finance and management. As a junior I am experiencing the fun of college and enjoying it (except for studying).
My Wiki Plan
Throughout this term, I intend on adding input to Rate Your Professor, as well as, adding a page to Wiki Travel about Tenakee Springs, Alaska.
I would like to use this Tenakee Springs travel wiki to inform others of what a small town village in Southeast, AK is like. This includes, but is not limited to travel, location, recreational activities, culture, and town structure.
My Wiki Contributions
Since creating my Wiki Plan above, I decided to take a different approach to my wiki contributions. My goal has become simple, I want to add to just the Rate Your Professor section. So, I added a number of teachers to the list of teachers and departments. I wanted to make an impression in this section, because I feel that it does make a difference. I wanted to make sure that I contributed to existing teachers, as well as, add new teachers that other students can easily contribute to.
