Introduction
Hi, my name is Britney Myers and I am from Springfield, Oregon. I am 19, and every seven years my birthday falls on Thanksgiving. I enjoy campping with family and friends, snowmobiling in Crescent, and scrapbooking. I am a sophomore here at the OSU, and I am majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Economics.
My Wiki Plan
I plan to add an "organizations" link to the OSU Wiki Main Page so students can post information on the clubs, Co-ops, religious groups, political groups, publications or any other group that they are involved in. Students would be able to educate other students about the groups that are on the OSU campus and how interested students could get involved. My hope is that students within these groups will make a link to their own pages from the "organizations" page, and post information about scheduled meetings and events, their goals and how other OSU students can join.
Resently, I made a link to an "organizations" page on the OSU Main Page. In the future I plan on editing the club page and adding information on the life sciences club page.
Overview Of My Wiki Contributions
Currently I have made an "Organizations" link on the OSU homepage. From the Organizations page I made links pages such as the clubs, Co-ops, religious groups, political groups and publications pages. My goal to add these pages and motivate students to add what they know about these different groups they are involved in. This would allow other students who aren't informed about the organizations but interested in them to have easy access to what they need to know. I have personally contributed by creating and editing the Life Sciences Club page. I also made some random edits to the wiki. I rated some of my teachers and I think whoever started these pages was heading down the right road. Often when you sign up for classes, as a student you ask around to get a feel of what teachers are good and what ones aren't. Now students just have to sign onto the OSU Wiki. As my final contribution to the OSU wiki, I add a large amount of my personal notes from Anthropology 380 to the ANTH 380 page. I think class notes online is helpful for those students that have to miss a class or just got behind in class because the teacher was going fast. I made this contribution because I know that other student notes have helped me in the past and I want to give something back.
Individual Contributions

My Mentors
I plan on succeeding in this class with the advise and comments from these bright people.

April 18th - You may want to add more to your own organizations wiki, rather than letting others do all of the editing. If you are a part of any organizations you should talk about those, as well you may want to research organizations that no one else is adding information about.
May 18th - You have done an excellent job at adding pages to the wiki, and it looks like you have also added a good amount of content. Continue editing and adding to the pages you have created if you have time. Overall, it looks like you have done a great job.

You have got a great idea that has the potential to be extremely helpful. I think you could also ass information about some of the business clubs that you yourself are in as well as finding out the various business clubs and how to go about joining them. You might even organize these business clubs into groups that are applicable to specific majors.

I think your contributions have really flushed out well. The information you added to Anthro 380 notes page really helped. Maybe you could add information that wasn't specifically on the slides, information that he included. I also thought your contributions to rating your teachers were helpful for those who have never had those teachers. I would consider rating some teachers that aren’t specifically business that you have had for core classes. Other than that, your contributions have come along nicely.

Your have made alot of good contributions to the osu wiki. I think that your teacher ratings are very helpful when deciding what teacher to choose for a class. A suggestion would be to rate your anth380 teacher. Keep up the good work.
