About Me

I'm a Business major with a minor in Economics and a Management option. I was born in Santa Cruz California but moved to Klamath Falls Oregon at a young age. I went to Henley High School and I played varsity soccer. These days if I'm not either in class or studying you can find me either with my girlfriend or working out at Dixon. I'm also a Career Assistant at OSU career services so come see me if you need help with your resume!

My Wiki plan

I have decided to contribute as much information as I possibly can about the different athletic recreational services available to OSU students. I will start with the Dixon rec. center and if I complete that I will work on getting all of the intramural and club sports up as well. On second thought, most of that info is already on the web on the RecSports website that I provided a link for. I will shift my focus towards getting some sort of classifieds going.

Okay I've decided to change my mind again. I am now planning on Adding information for all of the restaurants and fast food places in the area.

Overview of my wiki contributions

My goal has been to get the restaurant page up and running. I want the page to be a useful source to someone that doesn't know the area so that they could find a good place to eat out. Along with this I have made it a goal to edit various pages for spelling and format errors. I am also doing everything I can to help "clean up" the wiki and remove anything that is unnecessary. I also added some information about Klamath Falls in Wikitravel.

I'm from the Klamath Falls area too! Anyway, I think that so far you've made some important contributions to the wiki, although you haven't seemed to start work on your plan yet. The professor did mention that he thought it was important for people to edit the wiki and I can see that you've been doing a lot of that. I think if you continue to edit pages and add information about the restaurants in the area like you planned, you would be making good contributions to the wiki.

It looks like you've got a nice start to the restaurant list. Are you planning on working with the others who are editing the restaurant page to group (by cuisine, location, etc). I've found those types of groupings useful on other sites.

Looks pretty good so far. Good contributions to the Klamath Falls page on Wikitravel. Overall I think the restaurants page will end up being helpful, although it seems barren right now because a lot of the restaurants don't have any information about them yet.

It definitely looks like you've been jumping into the wiki and making some changes, which is good. As of right now your contributions page just seems like a scattershot, but I'm sure that will change as you start to focus on restaurants.

Also, just a matter of personal preference, but your picture really seems to dwarf everything else on your mytalk page, you might look into making it a thumbnail or posting a smaller picture. Just a thought.
