    Menu Selection and Recommendations

    Subway has amazing menu options which includes fresh subs, toasted subs, wraps and salads. They do a great job of providing nutritional information in their stores and on their products. Once you selected your sandwich of choice, your able to add a variety of vegetables, oils/vinegar, cheese and other topping to includes on your sub. While I enjoy a variety of Subway sandwiches here are my recommendations:


    • Cold Sub: Subway Club (Includes turkey, roast beef and ham with your selection of veggies)

    • Toasted Sub: Meatball Marinara (Includes meatballs and your choice of veggies)

    • Wraps: Chicken & Bacon Ranch (Includes chicken, bacon, ranch and a variety of veggies)

    The day specials are great. You can try a different subway everyday for $2.50, Great deal!

    Saturday-Sunday 8am-10pm
