He is an okay guy. Rent is decently high. Took 3 weeks to get a new dryer after ours broke. When we moved in the house wasn't as clean as we would have liked. Other then that he is good to do business with.

He is alright to deal with. Very picky about the outside of the house. The houses are older. We had a problem with the pipes and the house flooded. He charged us for the damage of the flooding. We got back $324 on a $5000 deposit, little slap to the face.
