PAC 292 - WRESTLING

This class is located in Langton room 301. The instructor is one of the wrestling coaches, and is very knowledgeable about wrestling. The instructor is helpful when asked for help, and gives great instructions on wrestling. Each class starts with a warm-up (if you ask you can pay a game to warm up), instruction on moves, practice, and ends with live wrestling. The class is filled with both beginners and experienced wrestlers so anyone should feel free to join the class.
