PAC 102 - Aqua Aerobics

Aqua Aerobics is held in the Women’s Building Pool. This class is a fun and entertaining class. For the men out there, this class is mostly women. The class focuses on shallow and deep water aerobics. It also covers some of the pros to aqua aerobics. About mid-way through the class it will also cover step aqua aerobics. Similar to step aerobics this adaptation is a vigorous and challenging work out. The class meets two times weekly. I suggest to everyone out there to explore this PAC class, it is a fun and low-impact workout. For those with injury of any sort, be sure to check this class out!
