McMenamins On first impression on the new McMenamins on Monroe street, is that its exactly what Oregon State needed. Being right across the street from campus, Oregon State finally has a great sit down pub that students and staff can take advantage of right after, or even before class. They do have a happy hour menu which includes great deals on not only drinks but some food as well. I recommend visiting McMenamins on monday night to enjoy the monday night game on their huge pull down screen and enjoying the funny atmosphere. Also the mini burgers and pilsner go very well together.

McMenamins offers an old pub style atmosphere that is available for people of all age groups. Can get noisy at times, but well worth the experience.
Menu Selection and Recommendations
I would personally recommend trying McMenamins American Dip or Reuben Kincaid for first time visitors.
