Homeport Reality Inc.
From OSU Wiki
Homeport Reality is managed by a really sweet older couple. Upon move in, you have to pay 1st and last months rent, plus a security deposit, but they let you pay the last months rent over a period of 3 months. This is nice, particularly for college students who are living on fixed budgets. Also, if for some reason you can't pay your rent on time, as long as you call before hand and tell them what's going on, then they are more than willing to work with you. The only negative thing I have to say about them is that they chain smoke in their business office, so every time you go and pay rent, you smell like an ashtray for the rest of the day.
Apartments on 11th and Harrison
All these apartments are 1 bath, 2 bedrooms, and the price ranges from $510 to $525 (due to recent remodeling in some units). The complex is a three story blue building that has a total of 12 units, 4 on each floor. Most of the units are pretty run down simply because of their age; we still have lead paint on the walls. The managers do fix things when they break, but you sometimes have to remind them a few times first. The layout of the complex is nice, but however parking can sometimes be an issue.
