Where to shop
Corvallis has many places where one can go and purchase groceries at any time. The most frequented place are Winco, Fred Meyer, Safeway and Coop and the Corvallis Farmer's Market.
Fred Meyers

Fred Meyer is specialized in selling any type of groceries, fruits and veggies but it also offers a variety of clothing, gardening tools, outdoor and reacreation items and a variety of other daily tools. It is not that far from campus but if one enjoys the nature and getting to know the town better, a 10-15 minutes walk north on Kings Bulevard would not hurt at all.
Winco Foods
2335 NW Kings Blvd, Corvallis, OR 97330
Winco is specialized in selling groceries, fruits and veggies, and other housekeeping and kitchen items that one may need. There are many items that are sold in bulk and accoommodate the average students wallet. It is part of a chainstore situated a little further north on Kings Bulevard, probably 30 minutes walk from campus.
Safeway
450 SW 3rd St, Corvallis, OR 97333
Safeway is all a food and drug store. From campus it takes about 10 minutes car drive to get there.
Coop

Coop offers organic greens and groceries and may satisfy preferences on organic food.
Costco

Another choice can be going all the way to Albany, about 15 to 20 ride and shop at CostCo. CostCo sells items in bulk which makes your shopping cheaper. However you do need a membership.
Corvallis Farmer's Market
NW Jackson Ave & 1st St, Corvallis, OR 97330
The Corvallis Farmer's Market situated along the Willamette river down town close to the business area introduces a collection of fresh produce, floral collections and hand-made pastries and cakes. It is one of the lively part of Corvallis during that time of the day. Prices are reasonable based on freshness and presentation.
