Club Information
This information is from the clubs website It is no longer enough to be just an engineer, or a business major. If you want to ‘stand out’ to the important executives of a company, or start your own business, you will need to: Sharpen your leadership skills, develop a keen sense for opportunity recognition, and become resourceful within every aspect of your field. The Entrepreneurship Society is for all students interested in starting, developing and growing their own businesses or any student interested in simply learning more about entrepreneurship. Through involvement with the club, you will experience fantastic networking and social opportunities as well as gain the informal skills and knowledge needed to be a successful entrepreneur in any environment. To join the club, please contact Wesley Mahler at kazisdaman2@hotmail.com
How to get involved
UPDATE: August 28th 2006.
We are currently reworking the entire club, and will have a set scheduel before the school starts in FALL 2006. If you are interested in learning how to create assets for yourself through buisness, please contact Wes Mahler at the above email address. At the moment, we are in need of 2 other individuals who are interested in helping the club. Preferrably female if anyone is open, due to, we want a diverse group of people helping establish the club. We plan on meeting in Weatherford this year, and on either a weekly, or bi-weekly program. To contribute please start chatting away on our forum, and tell us what you would like to hear.

Currently the club is not holding meetings, however those wanting to get involved in entrepreneurial programs should take a look at SIFE, AEP TICK and State Farm Visiting Fellows. Each of these programs offers different approaches to introducing elements of entrepreneurship. All are available on campus for current students.
