David Gray

I rented a house from David Gray for 6 months. I would not recommend renting a house from this person. He is very slow on repairs or any help needed, but he manages to show up randomly and walk right into the house without knocking. He acts like a parent to tenants, as well as over charges for the quality of house he provides. During one of his random visits my roommates and I were told not to cuss in the house, and were scolded for forgetting to take out the trash. I would recommend going through an established property management company in Corvallis, you would have better luck that way.
WORST LANDLORD BY FAR. I dare you to challenge this! He is the biggest unrealistic asshole there is. He puts up a big fight when the house needs fixing, and still refuses to fix the basements foundation, which floods the basement during the rainy months and so carpets and furniture are frequently wet. He will fine you for anything he doesnt like. He fined us for having stuff on the lawn, fined us for a whole in the yard that was caused by a tree uprooting dirt, writes our parents about having kegs in the house and almost fined us for having a messy kitchen! The campus lawyers say he is crazy and fines are uncalled for and could easily be sued! Lawyers also say that tenants at his other houses also complain a lot about him. I recommend not renting a place from David Gray, trust me!!
