Covey Row Townhouses

From OSU Wiki

  • Covey Row owns as far as townhouse living in Corvallis goes. 2 blocks from campus and close to the bars, stores, and easy to find.

They are ample in space, and host some of the best parties in town. 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 stories with single car garage doubling as a large bedroom. On the converse, Covey Row townhouses were built for show, meaning that they are made to look good from the outside, but really dont look all so great on the inside.

  • I lived in Covey Row during one of its greatest partying years. Im talking about 2005-2006 school year. We hosted the Halloween and Mardi Gras block parties, which was two of the biggest parties that Corvallis has seen in years. I loved the location of these townhouses. Its surrounded by many apartment complexes and so there were a lot of people to socialize with. There is a sorority next door and a frat house across the street. It is only 2 blocks away from Circle K, which is convenient for those late night beer runs. It is also close to the local bars such as Clods, Sanchos and Tailgators. The townhouses themselves looked good from the outside but poorly constructed on the inside. Plus, Jasmine the housing manager is a real hardass and will give you a hard time about anything and she will never be seen with a smile on her face. The good thing about her though is that she doesn’t care about you throwing parties at your house as long as you keep the outside clean. She doesn’t care because once you move out, she will charge you to the roof on simple small damages. It is a great place to live when your still in your partying stage but not so hot when your trying to really focus on school.
