This is a great place to exercise, and I love it because it doesn’t get awfully crowded. They have a nice selection of cardiovascular equipment, including treadmills, stairclimbers and ellipticals, as well as impressive weight training equipment. If group training is your thing, you can choose from cycling, step, yoga, or pilates.

I love coming here because it's close to everything and I can tan at a good price right after my workout.

This is an inexpensive place to tan and has a very friendly environment!
