Steve Cook – GEO 300
This class brings up a lot of interesting points and that’s it. Steve Cook teaches this class with an excessive amount of political input. There is an extreme amount of reading that he requires for each class. He has a test at random each day, drawing from a bag of beans. He also requires that you do a few activities outside of class, such as take a field trip or watch a movie. He does not have a midterm or a final, but does require that you write four separate essays. One nice thing that is nice, is that he offers forty points worth of extra credit. He is also very good about talking to students, but he often tries to push his viewpoints.
